Seanpierre Ortiz opened the scoring after 28 minutes before Sean McDonnell doubled the advantage ten minutes later, giving The Spelly a two-goal lead heading into the break.
A disciplined second-half performance ensured the lead remained intact, with Spelthorne seeing out the match to claim three valuable points on the road.
The result moves Spelthorne onto 27 points in Combined Counties League Division One as attention now turns to the weekend.
